By accessing ROIFunded you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Nature of the Service

ROIFunded provides a simulated trading evaluation program on the cTrader platform. All trading accounts are simulated. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. The service is not offered where its use would be unlawful, and we may decline, restrict, or close access accordingly. We apply anti-money-laundering (AML) and identity-verification (KYC) checks, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Evaluation Rules

Each challenge has published objectives including a profit target, a maximum daily loss limit, a maximum overall loss limit, and a minimum number of trading days. Breaching a loss limit ends the evaluation.

4. Fees, Deposits & Balances

Challenge entry fees are paid from your deposit balance. Deposited funds are used to access evaluations and are not withdrawable. Only profit and rewards credited by the platform are withdrawable.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Copy-trading across accounts, exploiting platform errors, fraudulent payment proofs, and any unlawful activity are prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROIFunded is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
