We collect the name and email address you provide at registration, records of your evaluations and simulated trading activity, deposit and withdrawal requests, any payment-proof images you upload, and technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

Your information is used to create and secure your account, deliver the evaluation service, process deposit and payout requests, send you one-time security codes and service notifications by email, and comply with our legal obligations.

3. Email Communications

We send transactional emails (verification codes, password resets, and account notices). We never ask you to reply to an email with your password, one-time code, or payment details.

4. Data Security

Passwords are stored only in salted, hashed form and sessions use secure, httpOnly cookies. While we apply reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with payment providers and service vendors strictly to operate the service, or where required by law.
