Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out when challenge fees paid to ROIFunded may be refunded.
1. Digital Service
A challenge is a digital service that is delivered immediately once your evaluation account and cTrader credentials are issued.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund of a challenge fee within 24 hours of purchase provided you have not yet placed any trade on the corresponding evaluation account.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Fees are non-refundable once trading has begun on the account, where an account has breached a rule, or where the fee was covered by a promotional bonus.
4. Deposit Balance
Unused deposit balance is not a purchase and is not withdrawable; it remains available in your account to start eligible challenges.
5. How to Request
To request a refund, email roifunded.fund@gmail.com from your registered address with your account details and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.
