1. Company Overview
ROIFunded FZE LLC operates ROIFunded, an online platform that provides simulated trading evaluation services on the cTrader platform. The company sells access to skills-assessment challenges and related digital tools. All trading activity takes place in a simulated (demo) environment using virtual funds.
2. Business Model
Customers pay a one-time evaluation fee to take a rules-based trading challenge. Those who meet the published objectives progress to a simulated funded account and may earn a share of the simulated profit they produce. ROIFunded is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser, and does not accept client deposits for investment.
3. Products & Pricing
Digital evaluation challenges with transparent, fixed prices starting from USD 1 and scaling to higher tiers (e.g. up to USD 100,000 simulated account size). Each tier's price, profit target, loss limits, and minimum trading days are displayed before purchase. Prices are shown in USD.
4. Payments & Settlement
Payments are collected through the payment gateway solely to pay for evaluation-fee purchases (digital goods). We do not custody customer funds for trading. Transactions are one-time purchases; there are no hidden or recurring charges.
5. Service Delivery
Delivery is immediate and fully digital: upon successful payment the customer instantly receives access to their evaluation account and dashboard. No physical goods are shipped.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
An evaluation fee may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase provided the customer has not yet placed any trade on that account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Full terms are published on the Refund Policy page.
7. Prohibited & Restricted Use
Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service in their jurisdiction. The service is not offered where it would be unlawful. We enforce identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks and prohibit fraudulent, illegal, or abusive use.
